easy to setup internal mail server for small company
Hi,
I need to replace our internal company mail server which runs on windows as it has serious bugs in it due to its age. Im quite good with rh9,rh feodre and linux-mysql-php-samba so I would like to find
a linux email server which is not to hard to setup.
It would have to listen on stmp for mail via our mx record.
Retrieve mail from some pop accounts we have.
All attachment must be virus scanned.
pc workstations would download messages via pop and send via smtp.
The webtool isn't yet available but the guides are complete. I'm putting it through some QA. However, if you're interested in trying it out, send me a PM.
NOTE: This is based on if you choose to use Postfix/Courer-IMAP.. There are alternatives out there....
