E-Text Reader Suggestions?

Hi,

I've been looking for a simple, clean, easy to use graphical e-text reader for linux. Not like kword or open office which are nice, but one designed *specifically* for reading e-texts.

Any suggestions?

It depends on the file format, usually. Which types of file formats do you have?

Call me crazy, but I actually like to read e-books in vim! In gvim, I set the font really big, and some soothing colors. It's just plain convenient for searching, making notes, etc.

If me e-book is in other formats, I just convert them to plain old ascii, and I have a perl script that makes the text fit in 80-columns, and the lines double-spaced.

If you aren't very vi-savvy, though, it would probably not be the best choice.

John
