I'm not sure if it's in the repos, but if it is, the package is usually named "acroread" or "adobereader". Unfortunately, adobe hasn't updated the linux version for years. The only use I have for adobe's reader is for filling in pdf forms since ocular and other open source pdf readers lack that ability AFAIK. However, lately, I've been using an application called "Master PDF Editor":

It's not open source, but they have a free version for linux that does allow you to fill in forms. The paid version allows you to edit and otherwise manipulate pdf documents.
