CUPS: "This server could not verify that you are authorized to use this resrouce"

Hey

I'm just setting up a printer on my server, but I keep getting this error:
"This server could not verify that you are authorized to use this resrouce"
when I try to access the server from my desktop.

It seems a common problem, but I have tried to fix it, but can't.

I have added my IP 10.0.0.3 in the security bit, but maybe in the wrong place.

I have hosted the cupsd.conf file on my server: http://hamishnet.homelinux.com/~hamish/cupsd.conf.txt

Could someone please take a look at the Security Options and help me to fix it?

Thanks in advance.

Hamish
