crop images to 10x15

Is there an easy way to crop jpeg images to aspect ratio 2:3? Of course, it can be handled with gimp but then one needs to keep eye on aspect ratio all the time. I would prefer something where I could lock it to 2:3 and just choose the size and placement.

Should be pretty easy to write as plugin for gimp I suppose.

Imagemagick... How do you mean I could use it? Sure, it has a crop function but it seems to be a command-line way of doing it only. I would like to be able to select the size and placement of the selection interactively, just to keep the aspect ratio fixed.

When I posted checkout imagemagick I assumed you could use Google.

Yes, it's command line. Linux is not Windoze. Yes, it can resize...
