I'm following
this guide on github. I'm stuck at the command "cmake -GNinja -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release ." which to my understanding does stuff like finding dependencies and setting up flags, though I don't know anymore about it than looking at it will tell me. This is where I'm getting the error I'm stuck on "CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER-NOTFOUND".
This is the output where the issue is:

Here is the error log in "/home/james/build/rigs-of-rods/CMakeFiles/CMakeError.log":

I've installed and groupinstalled about every build tool I can find, all from the Fedora 31 repos. I keep seeing that the issue is that gcc-c++ isn't installed from other forums, but it is installed on my system.
I'm exhausted from this whole adventure, which would double the length of this page if I were to explain, I've been working on it for the whole evening and early night. I'm stumped, I just can't figure out how to solve this "CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER-NOTFOUND" error. I'm new to this whole compiling thing so I'm probably missing something obvious yall are cringing about.
