Smile Cannot find correct Qt headers!

Hello,
I downloaded a UnixODBC library for Linux. I untarred the tarball and ran the configure utility. It is saying the following:

configure: checking for Qt
checking for Qt headers... no
configure: error: cannot find correct Qt headers!

It can not find the QT headers. My Linux version is:

Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4 (Nahant Update 6)
Kernel :2.6.9-67.0.7.ELsmp
Kernel Version: #1 SMP Wed Feb 27 04:48:20 EST 2008
machine: i686
processor: i686
hardware-platform: i386
Operating System: GNU/Linix

This information is found with uname. Evidently, I do not have the QT headers on my box. I need to know the following so I can get the System Administrators to install them:

1. Where can I get the QT headers development package from?
2. What are these headers used for. They seem to be outside of the regular Linux installation.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank-you

Look for libqt4-devel or libqt3-devel and libqt4-devel-doc or libqt3-devel in your package system. Or enter "rpm -qa | grep 'qt.*devel' to see if you have them installed. The uname command returns info on the architecture and kernel version, but not info on what package is installed.
