Can't see anything in Google Earth

Hello, I downloaded Google Earth for Linux recently, but if I try to zoom in, the window becomes increcingly white, until I can not see anything. I tried chainging some of the settings, but that did not help. I am using Fedora 7 Linux on a Gateway GT5428.

Google Earth uses OpenGL to render the main view. Do you have a hardware-accelerated 3D graphics driver installed?
