Can't edit .doc on libreoffice (or google docs)

Hello I currently have the need the editing a .doc file I am not being able to dos so because I can't edit it. Actually this isn't a precise description.

I can edit it, but I cannot type on it. I can more or less edit (I can, for instance, change the dimensions of the contour), however I cannot type on it. When I try to click on the document to start typing, a small hand shows up and nothing happens (besides giving me the ability of moving the contour and the inside content)

That appears to be a PDF file...so it may not be editable at ALL, because they intend you to print it and fill it out.

Yes, it is a .doc file, but the whole form is just a picture, a bitmap image (heed the green object selection handles), thus not editable.

Way too late, can't even look at the screenshots anymore.
OP never followed up, so... :shrugs:
Anyhow, it's conceivable that the text is an embedded image of text, thus not editaboe as text, only as an image. Wild guess that, yours is as good as mine.

I've faced a similar issue before. When editing .doc files on LibreOffice or Google Docs, make sure the file format is compatible. Sometimes, compl\] to make the personal letters. It looks pretty realistic and adds some intrigue. Try it!

This thread had been closed for three years, and had been resolved. Is there something of detail you want to provide??

::EDIT:: surprising no one, a spam link was edited into your post. Reported
