Bug using mkusb

Hey guys
My problem is that I want to create a live usb with persistence.
I installed ubuntu on a VM to install other time ubuntu on the USB flash drive.
After select .iso file with mkusb and the USB the interface reopens again after giving it to create persistent USB, it says:

p_target: target=/dev/ 7.3G
No target device or bad target device
p_clean:
clean if necessary and return
clean if necessary and quit

Hi Xusflas, and welcome to LQ.

Are you using dus 12.2.7?

If so, this bug might be in play: https://bugs.launchpad.net/mkusb/+bug/1731359

Thanks, but I do not understand where to edit that lines. I searched in every file of mkusb and it is supposed to be a 1435 and 1445 line but I can not find it. I am using visual code studio

OS Ubuntu 18
mkusb version 12.3.2 using sudo apt install mkusb and before this I did "https://youtu.be/LSbjekvREdU?t=553"
How could I go back to an older version of mkusb?

mkusb isn't in the Ubuntu 18.04 repos (I assume that when you say Ubuntu 18, you mean 18.04 and not 18.10). Did you install the PPA?
