Best Icon editor in Linux?


Please suggest some good names for the best icon editor in Linux
with 32 bit alpha channel support

no i need an editor which can open my *.ico files that i used in WinXP
which can convert it in to pnf

KView can load .ico files then save in whatever format you desire. KIconEdit can load up .ico files and allows you to edit them before saving in your desired format.
