bandwith dynamic regulator

Hello!!!
I'm a spanish student and I want say you I excuse me for my English...

I'm making a wireless network and I want to mount a router over Gentoo Linux which has Internet access. I want my Gentoo router have a firewall(GShield (no problem)) and I'm searching a bandwidth dymamic controller, I want with it that if there are 2 Intenet users connected the user1, user2 bandwidth is BANDWIDTH/2.
For example, if there are X Internet users, this users have BANDWIDTH/X, ok?

Thaks for all.

You might try Coyote Linux or use the script from the site.

you could try the bandwith arbitrator at http://www.bandwidtharbitrator.com/

they have a free GPL version which you can use and it does exactly that! I use it on my network. Its kinda fussy though about kernels etc. i had to backstep on a kernel for it to work. Make sure you read the readme's etc....
