Backup Software for Linux & Windows

I'm setting up a Linux server for a non-profit organization. The project requires the server to be linux. However, all of their existing machines (5) are Windows XP. Is there any good backup program out there that will backup all of the Windows machines AND a specified directory from the Linux machine onto a central Windows machine?

Any suggestions? Thanks.

I've been using bacula for some time and have been quite impressed. It takes a bit of time to configure it properly, but I've been able to backup, and more importantly RESTORE files to Linux and Windows machines.
