Adding shutdown option to gnome

How do I add this option?

If you right click on the task bar you get a number of option to add up things.
U just have to find the right menu...I have been using KDE for a long time and used GNOME before ..long time back...

There's a Door Kinda thing....

I guess it's a program (?)
I also had a problem that in the logout I could only quit Gnome but not shutdown the computer and I fixed that "accidently" by removing xdm and installing gdm.

OH ok...well, I think GNOME users are much better off for this....

However, I 'll try to get something like that!
