[apache] running user scripts.

Hi LQ...

How can I run a particular script/program for a certain user from apache?

For example, I want to add a "Download e-mail" link at my https site, that executes "fetchmail" for me. The webserver runs as 'httpd' process, but the program should run with my privileges. (it needs to read ~/.fetchmailrc too)
