vqregister

I have also installed vgregister, but when I tried to register, I get this error:

"Please fill all fields"

While I filled all fields so I don't know why that message and it won't let me register.

Please help me.

Also, is there another way I can let visitors sign up from the webmail?
I am using qmail.
