I am using CentOS 7 and stuck on American Megatrends Screen. Its a POS Terminal.
Not Sure what Steps Can I take it to boot again.
Also If someone can send me the step on how to get into BIOS screen as F2 is not working or how to get into cli and what to look for to make it work and let it load.

It would help to know the make and model. Different types can use any key they like: esc, del, f1, f6 are common. Try powering off and on and repeatedly trying one to see if it has an effect.
