saslauth + postfix

I can not send email encryption.

My smtpd.conf

Code:
pwcheck_method: saslauthd
mech_list: PLAIN LOGIN CRAM-MD5 DIGEST-MD5 NTLM
log_level: 9
auxprop_plugin: sql
sql_engine: mysql
sql_hostnames: 127.0.0.1
sql_user: postfix
sql_passwd: postpass
sql_database: postfix
sql_select: select password from mailbox where username = '%u@%r'
postfix logs

Code:
Apr 1 14:04:00 proteus postfix/submission/smtpd[2045]: warning: unknown[192.168.0.101]: SASL CRAM-MD5 authentication failed: authentication failure

without encryption works !
