# fdisk -l
...

Disk /dev/sdb: 146.8 GB, 146815733760 bytes

hey,
Your system said that its mounted under /data directory, what did you find there?

You tried to mount /dev/sdb1 and /dev/sdc1 and both of them have linux auto raid file system, did they have any data to loose if you make a new file system to them and do a software raid from inside the OS (using the tool mdadm). from where they got there file system..

Regards
Mhm
