I found your problem, its within your "smtpd_recipient_restrictions" in main.cf. Your "check_policy_service" has only inet without the bind address and port.
Usually this is being used for integrating postgrey greylist system within postfix and it is defined in this syntax:
check_policy_service inet:127.0.0.1:10023
The above would be if you are running with postfix as well a greylist system like postgrey.
If you are not sure, just uncomment that line and restart postfix.
