Postfix relay trusted domains

Hello

You know that we are relaying 127.0.0.1 (without smtp authentication) for php mail scripts. Some users which don't understand what are they doing sending email from "@hotmail.com","@gmail.com" etc.How can I allow 127.0.0.1 connections but only trusted domains on postfix mail server.

Any idea please ?
