Postfix doesn't let me authenticate
Hi,
I have a problem running Postfix.
Basically I can't send mail through the SMTP server, and I can via the local server.
mail.tresjolie.com.ar
Using plain text auth on 25.
Mail.log:
postfix/smtpd[28717]: connect from localhost[127.0.0.1]
postfix/smtpd[28717]: warning: SASL authentication problem: unable to open Berkeley db /etc/sasldb2: No such file or directory
postfix/smtpd[28717]: warning: SASL authentication problem: unable to open Berkeley db /etc/sasldb2: No such file or directory
postfix/smtpd[28717]: warning: localhost[127.0.0.1]: SASL LOGIN authentication failed: authentication failure
postfix/smtpd[28717]: lost connection after RSET from localhost[127.0.0.1]
ithaki postfix/smtpd[28717]: disconnect from localhost[127.0.0.1]
Now, the user is ok and the file etc/sasldb2 exists and has 755 permission
Any ideas of what could be wrong?
I have been trying to solve this all day.
Best regards,
Carla
