Dear all

If i want to test and trubleshoot a particular zone in running bind, how i can do that. My one of zone(domain) is not responding using dig command while other zones are responding. Configuration file and zone data file is perfect. I am using bind 9.3.4

What you mean by "the zone is not responding using dig"? What is the dig error?
Anyway you can use the following commands to test:
Code:
named-checkzone -d -t /chroot zone /path/to/zonefile
named-checkzone -D -t /chroot zone /path/to/zonefile
dig zone
dig zone @dns-server

"Server not found" is not a dig answer.
Could you post the query and the answer you get from dig (changing the domain name and the ip of your server if you want).
