levearge browser caching not working for some urls

I am using Apache 2.4.6 in centos 7

Some of links below are not getting cached when I checked my domain in gtmetrix.com

https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/fbevents.js
https://embed.tawk.to/569393e761001a...e283/1a8q5qk56
http://stats.g.doubleclick.net/dc.js

How to cache these above links?
i've tried with the following configuration but no luck.

<IfModule mod_expires.c>
ExpiresByType text/javascript "access plus 1 month"
ExpiresByType text/x-javascript "access plus 1 month"
ExpiresByType application/javascript "access plus 1 month"
ExpiresByType application/x-javascript "access plus 1 month"
</IfModule>

So I'm guessing that you plugged your domain in and ran the report and are seeing these in the results in the Leverage browser caching section.

You can't change how long anything on those URLs will be cached for.

Why?

Because they aren't being delivered from your server.

Yes. Third party resources can't be cache controlled from own server.
