i change the folder permission in root directory(etc) in Ubuntu server after that i can't access the server.can you help me for restore the folder permission for root directory.or how to recover from that bugs.urgent i need help from your side.

What did you change it to? what commands did you run? It's usually easier to reinstall depending on your level of expertise.

Please do not use words like "urgent". it's not urgent for us in any way at all.
