Please post relevant information, not just a vague question with a screen shot. What version/distro of Linux? How did you install fail2ban? How did you set it up? What have you done/tried??

Has a tutorial on setup, and specifically addresses the 401 error. If this doesn't work, please come back and post some actual details, and we can try to help.
