Red face Dovecot error on pop3 login


Hi!

My dovecot pop3 server will not work!

In the mail log i got this message:

Nov 29 22:05:54 localhost dovecot: Killed with signal 15
Nov 29 22:34:09 localhost dovecot: pop3-login: Killed with signal 15
Nov 29 22:35:28 localhost dovecot: Killed with signal 15

How can i fix it?

check passwd to see if there is a user called dovecot, check to see if dovecot does infact have permissions and owns the file and try to start dovecot service as dovecot
