Debian Multi Core support?

I run Debian on a server that hosts hlds (Half Life Dedicated Server). Two servers Hl1 and Hl2.

I have a Intel Core 2 Duo 2.1Ghz CPU.

Hlds does not have support for multi core cpu's, i belive that both Hl1 & Hl2 are running on Core 1,(how can i check this to be certain?) is it possible to make Hl2 run on Core 2?

Then i would get full usage of my Core 2 Duo!

Looks like you need to install schedutils and then use the taskset -c X program to assign it to a particular CPU.

Here's a link to someone doing something similar.
