Clamav-Milter Issues (messages not being processed)

So I installed the following packages from Yum:

clamav-lib-0.88.4-1.fc5
clamav-devel-0.88.4-1.fc5
clamav-data-0.88.4-1.fc5
clamav-update-0.88.4-1.fc5
clamav-0.88.4-1.fc5
clamav-milter-0.88.4-1.fc5
clamav-server-0.88.4-1.fc5

Well, last time I built this setup, I just compiled it all from source (sendmail, clamd, clamav-milter, spamassassin and the spamassassin-milter) and it was pretty painless.

Somewhere along the lines apparently, someone decided I needed to setup some convaluted /etc/clam.d/ structure for my multiple clamd processes which is a little annoying.

Anyway, my clamd instance and clamav-milter are both running and listening.

[root@host log]# netstat -pan | grep clam
unix 2 [ ACC ] STREAM LISTENING 168397 30626/clamd.<removed> /var/run/clamd.<removed>/clamd.sock
unix 2 [ ACC ] STREAM LISTENING 168764 30744/clamav-milter /var/run/clamav-milter/clamav-milter.sock
unix 2 [ ] DGRAM 168762 30744/clamav-milter

Both start without an error, sendmail starts with the mail filters configured in sendmail.mc, I've generated a sendmail.cf from that sendmail.mc file. Here's the relevant lines:

INPUT_MAIL_FILTER(`Clamav', `S=local:/var/run/clamav-milter/clamav-milter.sock, F=, T=S:4m;R:4m')dnl
INPUT_MAIL_FILTER(`Spamd', `S=local:/var/run/spamass-milter/spamass-milter.sock, F=, T=S:4m;R:4m')dnl
MAILER(smtp)dnl

When I connect to localhost on port 25 and relay an email, its passed along to spamassassin, which happily checks it and adds the X-Spam status headers, and it ends up in my inbox.

However, no clam headers are being added to the e-mail. Also, the log file configured in my /etc/clam.d/milter.conf is 0 bytes, and even if I turn on Syslog logging, nothing there. Of course it doesn't complain about being unable to write to the log file on startup. It's in the clamilt group which has write permission to the file and is also the user the milter is running as:

clamilt 30744 0.0 0.4 38940 14648 ? Ssl 17:08 0:00 /usr/sbin/clamav-milter --max-children=2 -c /etc/clamd.d/milter.conf local:/var/run/clamav-milter/clamav-milter.sock

If anyone has any ideas, I'm listening.
