Something like Snort and Suricata-IDS

Hello,
Do you know a program that has features like Snort and Suricata-IDS?
I found the OSSEC and Zeek, but I don't have experience working with them and I don't know if they are the same as Snort and Suricata-IDS or not.

Any idea welcomed.

I want to block the attacks and viruses that are moving in the network from the clients to the servers.

How do you identify which one are the viruses and which one to block?
