I have to do to school-Web interface to manage firewall and bandwidth distribution. This can be done in many ways and everyone is a little dangerous. I would like to create it this way:

Also have a look at Freshmeat and Sourceforge. Not only will it save you from reinventing the wheel but because this has been done before you might learn from existing projects as well.

For me, at least, it was impossible to read the text. I did blow it up 300+% and still couldn't read it. It is clear that there are pictures there, but I'm not sure what they are of.

When you ask a question, there is a risk that you get the answer to exactly the question that you have asked.

I have no reason to believe that it would be a daemon, but then I can't read what you are proposing, but if I were writing it, it would probably be either a bash shell script or in Python. That's because those are the things that I like and are not necessarily the absolute 'best' to write something like this in. Certainly, if you hate those two options, it would be unsurprising to find that you would choose something else.
