Is Google Chrome afflicted by Mozilla Firefox vulnerabilites?

Can Google Chrome experience any of these?
I don't use Firefox but the user agent string in Chrome has "Mozilla/5.0' in it.
Just wondering, especially because I have to use the AUR and don't get updates as seamlessly or quickly as most.

leopard, I've moved your post to its own thread for better exposure. --win32sux
