Thanks for reply.
Actualy I am using squid for about 70 computers and having 1 MBps of Bandwidth, but all clients are not getting a good surfing speed.
For the same I have also configured Delay Pool but the speed get more slower then the default squid configuration, and finaly i terminated the delay pools.
So I asked to my ISP about the solution he said ,to configuring the ipchain the problem will be resolved .Because squid server is broadcasting the unusual packets.
So kindly give me your best solutions for the same that how can i get the full utilization of bandwidth.
Thanks

Rajendra

Hi Cris.
ISP told to me that if I can stop some UDP packets through IPCHAIN then the solution becomes for me.
and about unsual packets,I am not sure what they are.
But the overall meaning of ISP man is that my squid server is getting 1 MBps of speed but all my clients(computers) not getting the full utilization of the bandwidth because all clients are connected through squid.
Cris please give me your best suggesion to resolve this problem.

Cris,
I am affraid that i am unable to explain you.
now here is my problem once again in short.
"I want to use squid that what bandwidth i have (e.g. 1 MBps) i will use it.means no weastage of bandwidth.
My finaly target is only that my clients use internet smoothly.
Thanks
rajendra

There was already one in Networking that has been closed, so putting it there didn't seem proper either. Definitely wasn't an Enterprise question and since there are usually a number of firewall/proxy gurus in the Security forum, that seemed to make the most sense in terms of getting proper exposure....
