Full disk encryption

I run Ubuntu on a laptop that I use at work. Because we work with federal agencies, we have been directed that our laptops must be encrypted using Full Disk Encryption(FDE). Can anyone suggest a FDE package that supports Linux and meets the requirements of FIPS 140-2 and HSPD 12?

The first one that comes to mind is TrueCrypt. See here for more info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TrueCrypt. Go here to download: http://www.truecrypt.org/,
