encrypted LUKS partition - last time accessed

What information can be known about an encrypted LUKS partition on a Tails USB? For example can the last time it was mounted / unencrypted be determined?

on ext filesystems, tune2fs shows last mount time. I don't have a LUKS fs handy to try it on.
