i was surfing the net (during off time work hours heheh) and accidentally stumbled onto an application for fedora, red hat, and suse (rpm based distros) that helps you tighten up different security points on the OS. When i got home I wanted to give this thing a test spin to see what it does and if its anything good to use. However I cannot remember the name of this application, and i cant find the web-page (even by doing google searches).
no it wasnt that, but thanks. This is an actuall gui application that provides a way of tightening and tweaking services, and config files to provide a more secure OS. Im not sure of the details of the application cause I stumbled on it at work, and didnt have time to read into it.
