Any Linux Vs Windows 2000 Security resource?

Hi,
I would like to know if there is any resource ( white paper / book ) out there which compares the security mechanisms used in Linux and Windows 2000. I wanted a comparison of security related features in their file system, process management, architecture, authentication and network facilities.
Though there are resources which compare the high level features, I couldn't find many that compare the implementation-level features like file systems from a security perspective.
Thanks.
