yum update conflict

I need to do a yum update but it is conflicting with one of the applications - sysklogd.

How can I update all my packages and exclude sysklogd.

Quote:
Transaction Check Error:
file /etc/logrotate.d/syslog from install of sysklogd-1.4.1-44.el5 conflicts with file from package syslog-ng-2.0.3-1.el5.kb

Error Summary
Thanks.
