Welcome to grub rescue!. Error: attempt to read or write outside of partition
I was installing windows 10 on laptop ( kali linux was installed) and then laptop shut down ( due to battery down) i plug charging cable and turn on the laptop, all i see this grub window.
Saying : error " attempt to read or write outside of partition"
No kind of installation should be attempted when there's any known likelihood of a power outage prior to completion. Thus a laptop should be connected to its charger soon if not before beginning an installation.
Boot your Kali live media and attempt a "repair" of your Kali installation. Very likely Windows installation has at least started some repartitioning that has damaged your Kali installation. "Repair" might require reinstalling Kali afresh. It's hard to say anything more because you didn't explain what, if anything, you did to prepare for installing Windows, including showing here the partitioning in place when you started Windows installation.

"Sorry my English is not good!"
Bios setup is not opening instead i am facing grub terminal. During installation of windows i also deleted all other partition.
Anyway thanks for for your help. If you'll find anything helpful or you know kindly help me.
If only Windows is installed, and it is the last installed operating system, then you need to boot Windows installation media to perform repair of your Windows installation. Something must have gone wrong with your Windows installation to cause Grub instead of Windows to appear when you boot.
Help for this, if needed, should come from elsewhere, as you seem to have a Windows problem, not a Linux problem.
If your PC uses UEFI, then the fix might be as simple as entering BIOS setup to delete the Linux boot entry, and/or move the Windows entry to the top of the list.
