warning dracut-initqueue timeout - starting timout scripts

I am trying to boot CENTOS using Live USB that I have created using unetbootin but I am getting the error

Code:
dracut-initqueue[602]: Warning dracut-initqueue timeout - starting timout scripts
I also used dd to make the USB bootable, but getting the same error. Is this some OS bug or the hardware is not compatible?

The CENTOS I have used here is CentOS-7-x86_64-DVD-1611.iso

dracut

After the timeout error message finishes, you are entered to dracut commandline
just type blkid and that will show you the name of the LABEL = ***** write that label name and then reboot. In the selection page choose to edit or press whichever key it is to edit and then delete the name that is on there next to LABEL and add what you got from the blkid. don't delete the ro rd.live image /quiet line. this should fix it. if not try a different usb creator maybe rufus or if you want you can install fedora and use their live usb creator.
