I saw couple of docs which talks about Installing Linux on LiveUSB which I think is LiveUSB just like LiveCD where we can just browse the CD and work and then remove CD.
All I want is Installing Fedora 10 on USB Permanently?
Is it possible?

USB is just a Port.
You can connect a mouse a thumb drive a Hard drive to USB port
IF you're BIOS allow you to boot from the USB Yes can install a Linux
distro on the USB drive and boot from the USB if you install also GRUB
on the USB drive.
Or install the OS on the USB drive and GRUB on a internal drive and boot
from the internal drive.
Hey..Now That has been confusing words !!!
ronlau..can you simplify it?
Just Tell me is it possible or not?
My Straight Question is:
If I have 5 GB Hard Disk, Is it possible to install Linux on Pen Drive?I dont need LiveCd kindda Stuff. It should have OS Completely and Once I boot from USB I can write save files which cant be saved on LiveCD or LiveUSB?

Of course you can .
But how do like to boot from the pen drive or from the HD ?
And 5 GB go for a not too bloat distro
I Followed pendrivelinux.com for Experimenting with LiveUSB-Creator-3.2 ( For Fedora 10 )All I can have a Bootable Live USB For Fedora But It only showed me 128 MB used and rest free.
What I think is Where does 3.2 GB Data ofFedora DVD Gone.
is it Live USB or what ?

I do not understand you're problem.
As a example I have 3 thumb drives connected to 3 USB ports
Each thumb drive is recognize by my BIOS as a start up drive.
OK the Bios calls it a Flash Drive
Fedora gives you the option to install on usb drive and give also the option to choice where to install GRUB
You need to install a boot loader
