w key triggers Set Title Edit Dialog Box

I am using RHEL 5.3 Ent Desktop and anytime I press the w key in normal terminal window launches set tile dialog box. Anytime I hit the w character this happened whether I am doing anything from command line or even using VI.

I am not sure what changed but it is proving to be difficult to get around.

Are you sure your keyboard is set correctly? It could be misreading the codes.

Also, could you have accidentally set a system shortcut?

Do you use a DE?
