Unhappy usb problems

Hi everyone, this is my first post to this great forum. Thanks to all who make it happen!!!I just installed Red Hat 7.2 and everything is working great. That is until I attempted to connect my printer and digital camera. Both USB. When running KDE I can click on the USB icon in one of the menus and it shows that it recognizes the printer and the camera and even identifies them by name and model number. I attempted installing all of the drivers for my printer that were included in 7.2 to no avail. The printer is an Epson Stylus 777 if that matters. Any ideas on the camera too, would be greatly appreciated.

Do "lsmod" as root and check that you have all the correct modules loaded.
