Trying to download Debian, where is the ISO?!

I'm trying to download Debian, the ftp server above is where I'm going to download it from but I can't seem to find the files. My common sense led me here ftp://ftp.is.debian.org/debian-non-U...n/binary-i386/, but no ISO's?

Yea.. there they are, but I live in Iceland, all big files I download need to be located inside the country since there is a limite to how much I can download outside the country. :þ

If I go over the limite I have to pay.

ftp://ftp.rhnet.is is supos to have the major distros but I can't seem to get Debian there, even though they have the folder and all.. no ISO's.
