Trouble with compiling admtek8211 wifi drivers

My configuration

mandrake 9.2

rpm -q kernel-source returns version linux-2.4.22-10mdk
uname -r returns same value linux-2.4.22-10mdk
rpm -q wireless-tools returns a useful value.. e.g. installed
gcc --version also returned a useful value
make --version also returns a useful value

I modified the makefile from admtek to reflect the location of kernel-source

when I run the make file it gives me the following error messages...

[root@localhost adm8211]# make
gcc -D__KERNEL__ -DMODULE -DKBUILD_BASENAME=8211 -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -O2 -I/usr/src/linux-2.4.22-10mdk -c adm8201.c
