squid authentication with active directory 2008


i am trying to authenticate users in my domain to have internet access
i am following the article from this site

the OS i am using is centos 5.4 and version of squid is 2.7.stable6
my domain is francistest.com
when i issue this command i get a error please let me know how to do such authentication
/usr/lib64/squid/squid_ldap_auth -b "dc=francistest,dc=com" -f "uid=%s" ldap.francistest.com

after this i give the username as administrator and password whatever

i get this error
squid_ldap_auth: WARNING, LDAP search error 'Can't contact LDAP server'
ERR Success

can someone help me with this setup
