simultion UMTS in two different environments


Hi;
I want to simulate 5 users who use the same application but I will change the environment ie I want to get two simulations in two environments (rural environment and pedestrian environment) so I have each user must have their own characteristics (distance between the EU and BS)
I do not know what should I do? Please who can help me it is very urgent
