The problem is the server works smothely till 10:30 am and after 6:00 pm. But in between it get hanged. what should I have to check and do.
Impossible to say, you need give much more details.
* What do you mean with "get hanged"? Does it not work at all, or are there network services that suddenly stops running, or is it just a matter of user accounts configuration?
* What is the server used for?
Only local access, remote access, application server...?

Ok, so if you're the administrator, what have you done/checked so far?? Have you looked/asked to see if any jobs are running? What processes? How much memory/disk being used? Disk IO? Logs? These are all very basic things to check, and (from your previous posts), something that you should already know, since you have an RHCE. http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...ce-4175446146/
Without ANY useful information, no one can give you any sort of answer. Look at the very basic things mentioned above, and see what you find, and post details if you are still stuck.
You are using Oracle and RHEL...both of which you should be paying for, and since you're paying, you have access to their tech support. Both Red Hat and Oracle can tell you how to run traces/dumps, and send them information for analysis, and tell you what's making your system slow.
