Red face semadj overflow in semaphore operations

Hi,

I am developing an application which uses sempahores heavily and it was a known problem in SVR4 that the "semadj" value over flows at soem point when semop's is used heavily. Would like to know if this has been fixed in the latest release of Suse/Red Hat kernel and if so which version it is fixed.
