Scroll mouse setup in Linux Mint

In Mint 17.3 when I go to the mouse setup there's no option to adjust the scroll wheel of my
Microsoft scroll mouse. Help!

What exactly are you trying to adjust in relation to the scroll wheel? I use a Logitech USB mouse on my netbook running Mint 17.3, the wheel scrolls perfectly and can also be used as the middle button.

OK, so on a text screen one wheel "click" moves three lines of text but I don't see that as a problem.

Well in my case it moves about half a page. NFU. I was hoping there might be alternative software that would allow me to adjust it.
